- Appetizer & Wine Pair: Arancini, a bite of Italy paired with a glass of red wine.
- Salad Course: House salad with a warm bread basket and Wisconsin butter.
- First Entrée & Bourbon Pair: Midwest Prime Rib served with duchess potatoes and Brussels sprouts, accompanied by a rich demi-glace sauce and expertly paired with a fine bourbon cocktail.
- Second Entrée & Wine Pair: Southern-inspired stuffed chicken breast, featuring a Dijon beurre blanc sauce, served alongside flavorful spinach orzo with a glass of white wine.
- Dessert Course & Champagne Pair: Chef-crafted Bourbon-infused Crème Brûlée elegantly paired with a sparkling wine.

We have booked a fantastic Madison musician for the evening, John Richardson. He has a vast catalog of music with a range of classic rock to honky tonk essentials. John will take the stage at 8 pm - we are very excited to have him entertain us - view his song catalog and videos.
